Arch. Randy P. Crispino
President, Chief Architect
Architect Randy P. Crispino is currently the President and Chief Architect of his own firm, which he founded in 2015. He continues to lead and inspire his team to deliver exceptional designs and services to their clients.
Ar. Randy is an accomplished professional who holds a license in architecture and has a degree from the University of Santo Tomas which he received in 1999. Throughout his career, he has been involved in designing and managing construction projects since the year 2000, with a focus on residential and low-rise commercial buildings.
Ar. Randy is known for his minimalist, modern, and practical approach to his projects, which are executed with transparency, pure intention, and straightforward project management. He attributes his success to his previous bosses, partners, and clients, especially during his early days when he was establishing his credibility.
Ar. Randy aims to be at the forefront of his industry. Constantly improving his craft while enhancing and developing the skills and values of those he works with to provide better service to clients. He is truly grateful for what he has accomplished so far and is eager to continue pursuing his goals with the help and support of those people around him.

Chief Financial Officer
Maria Victoria F. Crispino, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer of Crispino + Architects, and she is a visionary and competent leader who manages all facets of the organization’s financial activities. She formulates
ingenious strategies for the company’s financial success.
Marie has spent her career holding key financial positions in top companies in the country, starting at SGV & Co. She has also worked for Diversified Technology Systems, an IT company, and a leading real estate developer, Megaworld Corporation. Furthermore, she continued her career with Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines Inc., initially as Corporate Finance Manager, then later led the Sales team as National Key Accounts Head for Modern Trade Accounts.
With her extensive experience, Marie provides leadership and focus to the finance departments of Crispino + Architects, ensuring efficient operations. She is committed to driving financial growth and stability for the company, enabling it to continue its mission of turning dreams into reality through innovative and sustainable architectural designs.
